1. Parties & Purpose

This Platform Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between AllHumanity Financial (“Platform”), operating under the brand name AspiraLend, and the accepting business entity (“Partner”).

The purpose of this Agreement is to allow Partner to offer Partner’s customers/clients access to Platform’s financing prequalification and lender-matching technology using a unique link, embedded intake form, or other approved distribution method (“Services”).

2. Relationship of the Parties

• Partner is an independent business and referral source; no partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture is created.
• Partner has no authority to bind AspiraLend or any third-party lender.
• Partner will not represent itself as AspiraLend, a lender, a broker-dealer, or a financial advisor.

3. Platform Access & Services

Platform may provide Partner access to:

• Basic embedded application link (“Check Your Options” link or button)
• Soft credit pull prequalification (where available and permitted)
• Access to a lender network (50+ lenders, as available)
• Status updates (email-based on Starter; real-time dashboard on Unlimited)
• Support and onboarding (plan-dependent)

Platform may update or modify the Services to improve compliance, performance, or user experience.

4. Partner Responsibilities

• Present financing as an optional resource and not a guarantee of approval or terms.
• Use Platform-provided disclosures without material alteration.
• Comply with all applicable laws (advertising, consumer protection, privacy, telemarketing, etc.).
• Ensure staff do not make promises about rates, approvals, or guaranteed funding timelines.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• No claims about approval likelihood, specific rates, specific terms, or guaranteed funding times.
• No collection/storage/transmission of consumer credit data unless authorized in writing by Platform.
• No misrepresentation (e.g., “we approve loans” or “we control lender decisions”).
• No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive practices.

6. Data Privacy & Security

Platform will process consumer data according to its Privacy Policy and applicable law. Partner may receive limited status signals (plan-dependent) and agrees to safeguard any data received.

8. Billing, Changes, Cancellation

• Paid plans (if selected) are billed as a recurring subscription via the payment method on file.
• Partner may cancel at any time per the Terms.
• Platform may update plan features or pricing with advance notice as described in the Terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming.

10. Electronic Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box, Partner agrees this electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
